What kind of replacements for current gear are you looking for? Well ofc i'd like to improve all of my gear But atm mostly Bracers and Neck

Your saying you cant attend raids ''every day'',how often is that?

Your raiding experience isnt that amazing

Gear:
-wrong head enchant-get ebon blade one with crit
-(very) wrong Meta gem-get 21 agi 3% crit dmg
-Agi neck
-Wrong shoulder enchant-get Hodir one
-Wrong cloak enchant-get 23 haste
-Replace 8 with 10 stats on chest
-Replace 38 with 50 AP on bracers
-You have the tank enchant on your wep,does that mean you have only 1 wep which you reforge when you respec?
-replace gloves enchant with 44 AP
-Replace pants enchant for the 75 AP one(dont be cheap if you wanna make a serious apply )
-Replace boots enchant with icewalker

Your under hit cap-Hit is the first stat you need to cap..

im just sayingg , i only bought epic flying not that long ago and i've been leveling an alt the lastt few weeks Which is why i dont have the money to replace those Enchants. No i have 2 weps i dont why i loged out with my tanking wep on .And 15 crit on shoulders Doesnt rly make that big of a dif

lvling an alt doesnt mean you cant do dailies for 1 hour a day to get decent enchants,if you want to make a propper application atleast...
15 crit is a difference,everything that increases your dps is.

Everything does make a difference I kid you not, we have wiped before now on what would have been a first kill when the boss had something ridiculous like 20k hp left, 1 more crit during a 20 minute fight your crits hitting for 8.5k instead of 8k everything makes a difference its not a nice feeling to wipe like that and realise you could have done something better had better enchants used a flask or a haste potion etc and realise you could have made up that last 20k if you had.

Yes i know, im trying my best to Get better enchants etc. Just dont have the money Atm =/

While enchants and such remain important, it is nothing that can't be fixed with a few days of doing daily quests. 25 dailies do not take long to complete and will get you at least a few hundred gold a day.
However, my main concern is that you might not be able to attend raids.
We do 25 man raids on Tuesday/Thursday/Sunday. These are top priority and you must be able to attend most of them.
Then there are 10 man raids which we do on Wednesday/Friday. You should try to attend one of these as well, it's a huge boost in experience with the bosses and ofc gear.

Just keep in mind:
We need dedicated raiders, not people who just tag along for a single raid and then we never see them raid again. Having a real life is cool, real life comes before WoW, we all know and appreciate that. But making time for 2-3 raids a week should not be a problem.
It's ok to miss a raid or 2 one week, but if we only ever see you attending Thursday's raid, then it's a no go.

i have replaced most of the enchants. As i said i stil have school etc i should be able to atend 2 or 3 , i do alot of sport which is my i cant attend & also school =/- but during Midterm -summer etc i would be able to most if not all

Oh and also when i got Darkdemons to 70 i done some raids Which i didnt read the question in the app right - i done Kara atleast 10 times With other 70 -Magtherion lair Some bosses in BT Wiped on illidan or h/e u spell it in Battle of mount hyjal all apart from last boss Zul aman on my mates 70 hunter. Pre wotlk i didn play tha much and was leveling a rogue

Oh and i'd like to say thanks to Asque For Helping me with the Meta gem Enchants etc.

Looking at your gear I can make 2 other suggestions and thats replacing your shoulders with the i245, 45 emblem of triumph ones. Same non-base stats (hit and crit), just more in each catagory. And also the Blacksmithing crafted chest (think its called Titanium Razorplate). One more socket and if your gonna stay blood DPS, armor pen is the better stat to have over haste. But I don't know your DPS loss from the 4 set bonus, so its your call ;P.

Replaceing te Shoulders Or Chest Wold make me lost the 4- set bonus Which deals massive damage in Aoe situations. And the reason i dont stack amour pen is because Frost & Unholy both use Strength So in the Nerfing of Specs Or them gonig op i'd have to completely switch all gems xD

thats true the 4piece set was huge so good that they actually had to nerf it or nobody would have bothered to take the t10 gear lol, the t9 4 set bonus makes up for the 245 head and shoulders, just one thing we really need to know now mate to be honest, we raid at 19.30 server time, thats server time not your local time on Sundays/Tuesdays/Thursdays for 25 man raids, we also have 2 x 10man raids per week which are optional but a good source of upgrades and experience of the boss fights the 2 x 10man raids are on a wednesday at 19.30 or a friday at 19.30 its personal choice what they sign up for but there is no guarentee to be picked tho we make an effort on some sort of fair rotation policy. What we need to know from you mate is how often can we expect to see you inside of a raid.

Well i can Defo make it on Fridays And mostly likely on Thursdays.But as i said before when it comes to Midterms and Summer holidays i can attend For probably all of them.

Hey mate, I'm sorry its taken us so long to come back and give you an answer on your application but at least while you have been applying you have had some good advice and improved your characters setup and gemming quite a lot, the raid attendance is the sticking point for us though so I'm very sorry but this time I'm going to have to say no we need people to attend a minimum 2 out of 3 raids per week very minimum we are a small guild and we rely heavily on people to be there when they say they will so that we dont have to recruit a lot of people and rotate to much infact we have recently been kicking one or two people who failed to be as active as they promised they could be.

Thank you for taking the time to apply just the same your attitude has won you a lot of friends here in the guild tbh and it was a tough call to reject your application but with your new gems and enchants if you can find a guild who better meets you availability to raid I think you will do well or even if your schedule changes and you can make 2 out of 3 minimum of our 25 man raids then please let us know.
