What kind of replacements for current gear are you looking for?
i am aiming to get all the icecrown gear i can that will improve my shaman

i have done nearly all raids ecsept toc 10/25 (i have done some bosses) and i am hoping to do ICC at some point.

Phantasm i left because they were all undergeared for raids and they have never completed a raid.

i have a 80 deathknight and a 79 warrior but unfortuneatley i havnt geared them up

i use healbot and gearscore also dbm.

Do you lag alot and/or get odd dc's ? (Be honest we will find out anyway)
sometimes i get bad lag but im mostly fine.

Do you have Ventrillo, do you have a mic, and can you use both?
atm im having difficulty with my volume but im sure ill be able to use ventrillo within the month.

Your raiding experience is a little on the poor side,we are 8/12 in icc 10 and you havent seen the first boss yet,not speaking off toc

gear: replace your meta gem with 21int/mana restore on spellcast.
Get hodir enchant on shoulders!
id also suggest you ditch your yellow int/hast gems and replace them with 12 sp/10 haste.
