i am going to focus on the points which strike me as unusual:

-prot-
spec:
- Guardian's Favor is for PVP
- Toughness should obviously be 5/5
- Judgement of the just should be 2/2
- benediction is a complete waste
- You do not have Improved judgements which is key to a classic 969 pala prot rotation
- Missing any threat enhancing talents from ret, which means that your aggro generation is quite suboptimal
gear as far as I can see seems ok

also quite suboptimal, only divinity should be talented in the prot tree, ret has mana saving and healing enhancing talents you didnt take.

Overall, I do not think you really researched your class in depth and should do so before considering to raid seriously. Good luck with that.

This is what I find best but you can put a point in Seal of Command for great Trash Tranking threat.

I know he would be a pretty decent and chatty person to the guild and when he gets the real stuff, I'm sure Alex can
make a nice addition whether it be Tank or a Healer

Accepted as a healer, since our tanks are pretty.. rawr rawr rawr active.
I had a chat with Manua in game and he will start with 10 mans before moving to 25.

I remember running an 10-man ICC with you two weeks back and we had a lot of fun. Nice to see you decided to join Sín. It's a great bunch of people and I am sure you will have a great time.

Unfortunately you logged out in tanking gear, so couldn't take a look at your healing kit. For your talents I would consider how often you really use Divine Sacrifice in a raid. If ur not too hot on it, I would consider resepeccing and get at least 15 talents in Retri to get the "Conviction" talent...maybe even 18 talents so you can add "Sanctity of Battle" as well.

But since I am just an OS nooby pally healer, maybe someone who really knows what he/she is talking about could give you some advice on that.
